DESCRIPTION OF AIRCRAFT
This 2001 Cessna 172SP is a simple and economical way to get a family of four to that next weekend vacation spot. Are you training but you want a little more room than a C152 can provide? This aircraft has you covered. The fuel injected 180HP Lycoming IO360 throws the carb heat knob out the window, and the S-TEC System 30 autopilot (manual) coupled with the Garmin 430 (quick ref, manual) & 496 (quick ref) GPS’s makes flying those longer trips a snap. This plane is a great instrument platform as well, with dual vaccuum systems, and a Garmin G5 heading indicator for redundancy, as well as pitot heat for those IFR flights. Additional back up Artificial Horizon as well.
